Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the ace71 platform. This document sets out the legal agreement between you and ace71.

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the ace71 platform and all its services. By accessing the ace71 website, creating an account, or using any service, you automatically give your consent to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.2 Account Registration Requirements

The following conditions must be met to open an account with ace71:

3. Account Security

The security of your ace71 account is entirely your own responsibility. You are strongly advised to follow these security guidelines:

  • Keep your password strong and change it regularly.
  • Never share your login details with anyone else.
  • Always log out after using an unfamiliar device.
  • If you notice any unauthorised activity on your account, inform our support team immediately.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

bKash, Nagad and Rocket services are currently available for depositing funds into ace71. The following conditions apply when depositing funds into an account:

  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (one hundred taka) — for all methods.
  • Deposited funds will only be processed to the registered account.
  • Payments in the name of a third party are not accepted.
  • ace71 does not charge any additional fees for deposits, however charges from the payment service provider may apply.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The following conditions apply when withdrawing winnings from ace71:

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800 (eight hundred taka).
  • The withdrawal process generally takes 30 minutes to 3 hours to complete.
  • Withdrawals are available to verified accounts only.
  • If a withdrawal request is declined, ace71 reserves the right to provide the reason.
  • Withdrawal processing may be delayed in the case of suspicious transactions.
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the specified wagering requirements must be met.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on ace71 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at ace71 will receive a 120% bonus of up to ৳10,000 on their first deposit. The following conditions apply to using this bonus:

  • The wagering requirement for the bonus is 15 times (15x).
  • The bonus will be granted only once — one welcome bonus per account.
  • A minimum deposit of ৳100 is required to be eligible for the bonus.
  • ace71 reserves the right to change or withdraw bonus offers at any time.

5.2 Other Promotions

ace71 regularly offers various promotional offers. Each promotion will have its own separate rules and conditions, which will be detailed on the relevant promotion page.

Special Note: If bonus fraud or bonus abuse is detected, ace71 reserves the right to forfeit the bonus and any related winnings from the account concerned and to close the account.

5.3 VIP Program

The ace71 VIP program has four tiers. You can advance to a higher tier through regular play:

  • Bronze: Up to 0.3% cashback per week.
  • Silver: Up to 0.6% cashback per week.
  • Gold: Up to 0.9% cashback per week.
  • Platinum: Up to 1.2% cashback per week.

Advancement to a VIP tier is entirely at the platform's discretion. ace71 reserves the right to change the rules of the VIP program.

6. Betting and Gaming

6.1 General Betting Rules

The following general rules apply when placing bets on ace71:

  • A bet once confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled.
  • If a bet is cancelled due to a technical error, the relevant funds will be returned.
  • ace71 reserves the right to cancel a bet if it is unable to determine the outcome properly.
  • Bets placed at incorrect odds resulting from a system error or display error will be considered void.

6.2 Sports Betting

Live and pre-match betting is available on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 and international cricket with ICC), football (including FIFA and international tournaments) and other sports. The following rules apply to sports betting:

  • If a match is abandoned or postponed, the relevant bet will generally be considered void and funds will be returned.
  • Decision times in live betting may vary.
  • The decision of the organising authority will be considered final.

6.3 Casino Games

Slots, live casino and various card games are available on ace71. All games are operated to ensure fair play. Game results are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG).

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ace71:

  • Participating in fraudulent or deceptive activities.
  • Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses or promotions.
  • Attempting to hack or access another user's account.
  • Placing bets using automated software, bots or any artificial means.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transfer of funds.
  • Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
  • Harassing other users or displaying offensive behaviour.
  • Conducting any unlawful activity against ace71.
If any of the above prohibited activities are engaged in, ace71 reserves the right to permanently close the relevant account and forfeit all balances. ace71 also reserves the right to take legal action if deemed necessary.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension by ace71

ace71 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

  • Violation of these Terms.
  • Providing false or incomplete information.
  • Breach of the age limit.
  • Fraud or suspicious activity.
  • On instruction from a law enforcement agency.

8.2 Closure by the User

You may request to close your own account at any time by contacting our support team. You are advised to withdraw any valid balance before closing your account.

9. Responsible Gaming
